This is a case study of a three day event I covered in Edinburgh in June 2025.
The event was based at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and the Evening Event was at the National Gallery for Scotland.
The aim in an event is to shoot interaction, fun, conversation, branding, location, colour and so on - usually the images are used to promote the event the following year so the event needs to come across as one "not to miss".
A short video was also made, 2 minutes in length.
The client was ARMA (Association of Research Managers and Administrators) and I was recommended to cover the event by their CEO Alasdair Cameron.
