This was an event for a (then) new client St Columba's Hospice based in the East of Scotland, near Edinburgh. The event was a "Dragon Boat Race" and lasted about 6 hours for me all in - the day was cracking for the event - the aim was to gather in as many photos of happy folk enjoying themselves as well as team shots for the participating companies. Then, of course, the images would be distributed by social media/liked/shared etc helping raise the profile of the Hospice. I have been invited back this year to shoot the Boat Race and have also shot another event for the Charity (a Ball) and have been booked for that again in 2025.
